Baal Aadhaar Card Biometric Update is Compulsory now. The unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has declare a new guideline related to children’s Aadhar card, Baal Aadhar. UIDAI issued compulsory guidelines to update biometric information in Aadhar Card data for children achieving age 5 and 15 years.
Important Points Related To Baal Aadhaar Card Biometric :
- UIDAI proceed Baal Aadhar for children under the age of 5 years
- Its compulsory to update biometric in Aadhar once the child will be of 5 years.
- by visiting nearest Aadhar Enrollments centre with certain Documents one can easily update Baal Aadhar.
UIDAI tweet yesterday on 21 November 2022 :
UIDAI informed that its mandatory for children between 5-15 years to update the biometric details. Procedure is free of cost . UIDAI also informed that there will be no change in the child’s Aadhar card number after updating biometric information. so parents are informed to visit the nearest Aadhar enrollment centre to fill the form and update the biometic of children. first biometric update should be done at the age of 5 years and second at 15 years.
Documents Required for Baal Aadhar are as following :
- Birth Certificate
- Parents Aadhar card
- School Identity Card
Online Registration Process for Baal Aadhar:
These are the following step for online Registration.
- First Visit Official Website of UIDAI which is uidai.gov.in
- Click on ‘My Aadhaar ‘. Choose an option of ‘book an Appointment’.
- You will than see a new page with two options ‘Book Appointment at UIDAI run Aadhar seva kendra’ and ‘Book an Appointment at Registrar run Aadhar Seva Kendra’ choose any option.
- Enter your phone number for OTP.
- Fill OTP and select the date of Appointment
- Than you will get a confirmation notification on your number.
- On the decided date you must visit to the Aadhar centre to complete the further process.
- you will get Aadhar Card within 60 days at your postal address. you can also download your Aadhar card online.
Offline Registration Procedure of Baal Aadhaar Card :
These are the following step for offline Registration.
- Do visit your nearest Aadhar, Seva kendra
- Take form from officials and Fill the form carefully. Details of parents’ Aadhar Card must be provided.
- Submit the form along with all required documents.
- Collect your Acknowledgement slip after your submission.
- you will receive your Aadhar Card within 60 days at your address.
To make it different from other citizens UIDAI issues this card in Blue colour. It helps in identifying the Baal Aadhar easily .
