Through this scheme a training center is expected to benefit candidates who are dropouts from school/college or unemployed. Not only providing training according to the national skills Qualification framework(NSQF), TC’s shall also impart training in soft skills.

SHORT TEAM TRAINIG
The short Team Training imparted at Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana Training Centers is to give benefits candidates of Indian nationality who are either school/college dropouts or unemployed. Candidates also trained for soft training, Entrepreneurship, Financial and Digital Literacy. The entire training and assessment fees shall paid by Government once the training will successfully done. Training imparted under the short Term Training Component of the Scheme shall be NSQF Level 5 and below.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING
Under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) candidates with prior learning experience or skills will assessed and certified. Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs), such as sector skill councils(SSCs) or any other agencies which are designated by NSDC/MSDE shall be incentivized to implement recognition of prior learning project in any three project.
Special Project
Special Projects are envisages creation of a platform which organize training in special recommended areas and premises of Government bodies, training in special jobs and corporates or industries bodies under the available Qualification Packs (QPs)/(NOSs). A proposing stakeholder can be from Government Institutes of central or state government/Statutory body/Autonomous Body or any other equivalent body who desire to provide training to candidates.
Kaushal and Rozgar Mela
For the success of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) social and community Mobilization is very important. Active Engagement of community secure transparency and accountability. It helps in manipulating the knowledge of community for better functioning. PMKVY 2022 also provide importance to the involvement of beneficiaries through a defined mobilization process. Training projects also organize Kaushal and Rozgar Melas in every six months with media/press coverage. Active participation in National Career Service Melas and on ground activities are also required.
Placement Guidelines
Expectation of PMKVY is to link aptitude, knowledge and aspiration of skilled workforce. it create employment opportunities and demands in market. PMKVY make every effort to provide placement opportunities to candidates, to trained and certified them under this scheme. This TPs also provide support to entrepreneurship development.
Monitoring Guidelines
Inspection Agencies shall use different method to ensure the standards of quality of PMKVY. TCs, NSDC. Self audit reporting, surprise visiting, validation and monitoring through the skill development Management System (SDMS) these are the methodologies which shall be adapt by inspection. Along these Methodologies some other Latest Technologies shall also maintained.
